A spirited young mouse named Ralph who lives in an old hotel befriends a human boy Keith so that he can ride the boy's toy motorcycle. Overcoming many odds including losing the motorcycle in a pile of laundry and a possible food shortage Ralph eventually proves that he is responsible enough to ride the motorcycle and Keith offers to give it to Ralph as a gift.
