Social Surveys

<p><i>Social Surveys</i> (1949) examines a host of fact-finding studies dealing mainly with working class poverty and the associated nature and problems. To describe the structure of a community demands a close study of the people who compose it and of the environment in which they work and spend their free time and the primary aim of a Social Survey is to make an accurate and impartial collection and presentation of facts.</p>
