Energy and Materials in Three Sectors of the Economy

<p>Originally published in 1979 this study develops a model that explains the rate of adoption of an innovation in an industry - i.e the impact of technological change upon the utilization of selected materials and energy resources in the steel alluminium and metal can industries. Each of the three industries is examined and in subsequent chapters the model is developed applied and evaluated. </p>
