Perception and Information

<p>Perception is about the reception selection acquisition transformation and organization of sensory information. This book originally published in 1976 discusses a number of aspects of human perception within a theoretical framework in which man is considered as a processor of information. The main emphasis is on visual perception with particular reference to looking and pattern recognition; selective listening and speech recognition are also discussed.</p>
