Imperialism Evangelism and the Ottoman Armenians 1878-1896

This book focuses on the diplomats missionaries and politicians whose interests and involvement created the Armenian question in the last quarter of the nineteenth century. It deals with public opinion and the religious and racial biases that were carried into any discussion of Ottoman affairs.
