<p>This book analyzes crisis communication in Asia focusing on how culture (broadly defined) plays a central role in the way a crisis develops and is resolved.</p><p>Using the case study method this book offers the reader glimpses of the variety of cultures in the continent displaying the complexity of the cross-cultural process of conducting crisis communication in this diverse environment. Each of these cases addresses the onset evolution and resolution of the crisis.
