Contaminant Hydrology

Based on papers presented at an international workshop held in Anchorage Alaska Contaminant Hydrology: Cold Regions Modeling covers problems of contaminant hydrology strategies for development of cost effective amelioration procedures basic guidelines for conducting groundwater modeling and feasibility and computer model studies. The book presents an overview of the problems of contaminant hydrology in cold regions and includes basic guidelines for conducting groundwater modeling to meet environmental requirements. It defines the status of cold regions contaminant transport models and provides example applications of models.
