First published in 1987. Since the 1960s we have witnessed a remarkable resurgence of interest in the psychology of human intelligence. In the late 1960s research in the field of intelligence seemed to have gone into at least partial remission. But today a large number of investigators are pursuing active research programs concerning human intelligence.
